Lisa Cave
Assistant Professor of Economics
Dr. Lisa Cave, a new faculty addition to IRAPP, will have a dual appointment with IRAPP and the Geography, Government, and History Department.
A 2004 Ph.D. graduate from the University of Kentucky, she will work in the newly created Master's of Public Administration Program. Dr. Cave will teach Ideology and Policy Development in Appalachia, and Budgeting and Finance classes. Her most recent conference presentation at the Southern Economic Association Conference was: "Integration and Environmental Policy in the European Union: Fostering the Development of Pollution Havens?"
Dr. Cave's research interests are environmental economics, regional planning, public finance and microeconomics.
